4. Non-Reliance of Information and Content
Information in the menus is provided for informational purposes only. Dishes and availability are subject to change, and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Online Menu Booking Systems
5.1 L’UNCH
The L’UNCH menu is explicitly referred to as bookable online only. If you do not wish to do so, you may not participate in the L’UNCH menu.
Bookings for more than 4 persons are not guaranteed to be sat together.
Eating times are not guaranteed and reference to “Lunch hour” is not binding to time.
Any offers on the L’UNCH menu that may be found elsewhere are subject to their own terms and conditions.
5.2 Pre-theatre
The pre-theatre menu is bookable both online and otherwise. Booking times are subject to negotiation, and not eating time can be guaranteed despite set seating times. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon will not be held liable for any missed events.
5.3 Reservations
Reservations made via the online booking platform are handled by ResDiary, managed in-house. If you do not receive a confirmation email, you cannot assume that your reservation is confirmed. The time of the reservation is not binding, and is subject to an +30-minute wait time.
6. Distribution of content
You may do so in a way that gives fair credit to us, and without any defamatory remarks, notice of endorsement (without our consent)
We reserve the right to remove content at any time, without notice.
7. Subject to
These Terms of Use are governed by English law. You and we both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
