Found on the first floor of Joel Robuchon London, you’ve La Cuisine (The Kitchen) is the more formal brother of l’Atelier (The Workshop). When dining in La Cuisine you are literally dining in the kitchen: the open-plan nature of Joel Robuchon’s dining experiences means that you’re free to interact with the Chefs and the Team: ask questions, inform them of requirements, but also watch the culinary spectacles that form your dishes. You should feel immersed in the processes that go into preparing your plate: from the first “Oui Chef”, to the smells of the various components cooking, and finally the call for “Service”. It’s this unique experience that has established La Cuisine as one of the best of Covent Garden’s restaurants.
La Cuisine is also home to our private dining experience: whether you’d like to host your birthday dinner in the salon privé or celebrate your colleagues’ success with a soirée that starts on the rooftop bar and has a formal dinner in La Cuisine.
