Ivo Stoyanov

Born in Shumen, north-east Bulgaria, Ivo has been crowned ‘Best Sommelier in Bulgaria’ and was a semi-finalist at The European Sommelier of the Year awards in both 2002 and 2004. His passion for fine wines developed under the expert guidance of Andrew Bell and Giuseppe Vaccarini.

In 2005, Ivo moved to London, the wine capital of the world. Initially working at The Great Eastern Hotel, he was appointed Head Sommelier at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in 2008.
