A founding member of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon London, Benoit originates from Vendée, France.
Early in his career, Benoit worked at Hotel Au Chamois D’Or, Aples D’Huez and Inverlocky Castle, Scotland. Eager to hone his skills and meet new challenges, Benoit moved to London and worked at Club Gascon, The Square. Following a brief adventure at La Cremaillere in New York, Benoit found a welcoming home at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in London.
